We had our Boxer camping with us on Assateague island. Not a place that you’d expect to see a seal, but there was one just napping on the beach. I kept our boy on the leash just in case but let them meet.

They gave each other a sniff and both romped around like they were a couple of puppies! The seal kept trying t o get our pup to come in the water which he did to his comfort level. It was such a neat thing to see. Animals are the best.

He was however terrified of the wild horses also on the island.
